Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Privacy Policy for Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that Kazakhbitum LLP may receive about the User while using the site. http://dastour.kz/

1. Definitions & Payment
  • Private (Individual) Tour means a tour customized to the Client’s request (itinerary, dates, logistics, bookings).
  • To confirm reservations, the Client pays an 80% deposit of the total tour price.
  • The remaining balance (if applicable) is paid according to the agreed schedule and the invoice/booking confirmation.

2. Tour Cancellation by the Client
The cancellation date is the date when the Client sends a written cancellation notice (WhatsApp or email is sufficient).

2.1. If more than 30 calendar days remain before the tour start date
We refund 70% of the amount paid.
30% is retained to cover planning and administrative costs, including tour design, coordination, reservations, and resource allocation.

2.2. If 30 calendar days or less remain before the tour start date
The payment is non-refundable (0% refund).

3. Rescheduling (Private Tours)
For Private (Individual) Tours, the Client may request one free reschedule under the following conditions:
  • the reschedule request is made at least 14 calendar days prior to the tour start date;
  • rescheduling is subject to availability (hotels, transport, guides, locations).
If the reschedule is requested less than 14 days before the tour start date, or if suppliers apply penalties/non-refundable charges, the Client must cover any actual additional costs (rate differences, penalties, new reservations, etc.).

4. Non-Refundable Supplier Costs & Changes
Even when a refund is applicable under Section 2.1, certain services may be booked under non-refundable supplier terms (hotels, transport providers, subcontractors). In such cases, the retained amount may include actual costs already incurred.

5. Refund Method & Timing
  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used (to the same card/account).
  • Refund processing time is up to 14 business days from the date the refund amount is confirmed.
  • Payment system/bank fees and any foreign exchange differences due to currency conversion are non-refundable.

6. No-Show & Early Termination
If the Client does not show up for the tour or ends participation early at their own initiative, no refund will be provided.

7. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (weather conditions, government restrictions, road closures, emergencies, etc.), we will offer an alternative solution (rescheduling and/or itinerary adjustments). Refunds, if any, are provided only to the extent that refunds are received from suppliers.
